If you've been reading the blog for the last few days, then you can probably guess how happy I was this morning when I woke up and saw that although the sky was cloudy, it was at least dry. So the first thing Heidi, LB, and I did this morning was take a very, very leisurely stroll around UCR's campus. I don't know how LB and I will fare if we move somewhere where it rains more than four days in a row. LB got straight to work on the post-rain fun by shuffling through a very big and very wet pile of leaves.

In the evening, we met up with some friends to walk around downtown Riverside and the Mission Inn, which has some great Xmas displays
and, of course, plenty of photo ops.
