Day 320: New Schedule

Today marked the first day of Tom's new work schedule. He'll now be working Tuesday - Saturdays, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. On his old schedule, he worked 10:30 AM - 7 PM, Monday-Friday. I'm excited about the change for a couple of reasons. First, we can start having family dinners together. And, the change also means I'll be in charge of Miss LB on Wednesday, Friday, and--if G's not around like today--Saturday mornings. You can't beat quality time with LB. She'll still be spending Tuesdays and Thursdays at daycare. We've already got her booked in for those days until the end of June.

So Tom was off to work bright and early this Saturday morning, and LB and I took advantage of the December sunshine and spent most of the day outside. She loved crunching through the leaves at the park. She must have wore herself out running back and forth because she had a four-hour nap and then was in bed by 7:30. I'm sure she's still feeling a little off with the earache, too. Poor thing.
