This afternoon, our housing complex had a little gettin'-to-know-your-neighbor fair, complete with pony rides and bouncy castles. It was fun, and I did get to know our neighbors better: Karen and John and their two kids, Hannah and Seth. They share our duplex and moved in in July. While I've spoken to them a couple of times, it seems we both have very busy lifestyles (as I learned more about today) and haven't had much time to socialize.
LB enjoyed her second pony ride this month.

And she really, really wanted to go into the bouncy castle, but she was just too wee for it. She stood at the opening, peeking in. I had to grab her out of the way a couple of times because kids were bounding in and out.

And here she is, her mother's daughter, using a paper towel to clean off the benches. "Rrrrr, they are so dirty!" She's holding Seth's little stuffed cat; she was in no hurry to give it back.
