My little darling was not feeling like herself today. She had the sniffles and was generally fussy. She did not feel like playing at the park, only had a short nap, and needed a few extra cuddles (which G and the stuffed dog were happy to provide). But since she didn't seem to be sick (she seems to chronically have a stuffy nose), I took her to Gymboree where she did have her usual fun escaping from Mama and trying to "borrow" the other babies' toys. I'm feeling a bit down myself today. The dissertation just seems to be coming along so slooooowly. I haven't had a chance to work on it at all this week as I've been focusing on a fellowship application. I also got a chapter back with comments from my chair, and while she liked it, there seems to be much I need to fix.
