Day Fifty-Four: To Grandmother's House

Today, Lilybeth went to Grandma's house in Victorville where she got to hang out while I went to see the accountant to have the taxes done. Even though we only live 40 minutes away, it was the first time she had been to Grandma's house. I was a bit nervous about leaving her there because she seems to get fussy whenever she's in a new environment without Mama, but she had her G, and so she knew everything was okay.

She also got to have another little visit with Uncle Sam, but she still didn't seem completely sold on him. That's okay, cause from the looks of this photo, he wasn't too happy to see her either! I think they're saying "Rrrrrrr" to each other.

Uncle Wink (aka, my youngest brother, Donald) was also around, which was nice as we don't get to see him too often either. By the time we took this picture, LB was ready to go home. Poor little grump face!
