Day 216: "That's Mine!"

LB's best friend, came over for a play this afternoon. Even though he's four months younger than LB, he's been walking a few months longer than her. Compared to LB, he's quite speedy, and Tom and I got a nice workout chasing after him.

LB was very happy to share most of her toys with him, but she was not so keen on him using her shovel and rake in the garden, and she also did not want him near her doll, Lisa. She kept Lisa close.
And she gave Jakey some not-so-nice looks when it looked like he was veering toward her and Lisa. When he finally did manage to get a turn with dolly, he gave those little feet a good chomping.
Also tonight, LB is debuting some new pajamas. I bought this blue onesie months ago. It looked so long, I thought it would be forever before she actually fit into it. It's still a tad big, but my baby is growing up!

Here she is modeling the jammies as she puts her toys away for the night (I wish) . . .

and reads herself a bedtime story.
The onsie is covered in wee goldfish . . .
and it's got pockets!
