We returned to Brisbane from Kingscliff today. I was feeling a bit tired from the packing up and the drive back to Brisbane (although I slept the whole way), so I was very impressed when my mother-in-law got to work in the kitchen, making LB some fresh veggies for dinner and some made-from-scratch minestrone for the adults.
