Since we lost a day (Saturday, May 15th) on our plane trip to Australia, I obviously don't have an entry for that day. And I don't know how coherent this entry is going to be as I am completely exhausted, but wee Lilybeth seems to be having the time of her life, so much so that she has no interest whatsoever in a nap. She's completely happy and excited crawling around Grandpa Teddie and Nannie Annie's big house, playing with all the toys her Cousin Sophie is sharing, and meeting tons of new family members, like little Sophie who is helping me give the possum a post-travel bath in the last photo.Overall, the plane trip was fine. LB slept for the first six hours, but she was uncomfortable and restless for most of it, sleeping part of the time in the bassinet and part of it on me. We spent the next seven hours of the flight feeding her and trying to find anything to amuse her because she became very bored, very fast cooped up on that plane. But she didn't have any long crying spells, mostly a little fuss now and then, which Papa and I are very thankful for. Maybe she's getting all that pent up energy out now?
