Although I love seeing the WA family and spending time in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest, I am very, very glad to be back in Riverside tonight. My place in the world is most definitely wherever my Tom is. One week is far too long to be away. LB was also happy to see Papa. She gave him a big, smiley wave when she saw him at the airport and once home, she kept demanding that he pick her up and give her a tickle and a cuddle.LB was also happy to see all of her toys. She gave many of her stuffed animals a hug, a drink of milk, and then tried to take them into the bath. She was so excited to be home!
Finally, for dinner, we had something very naughty: take-out from our favorite Mexican joint, Papi's. I know my brother-in-law Loopy would appreciate this serving of Papi's nachos (though he'd probably like more meat on his).
