Family & Food

With four generations under the same roof, you know we had to document it, so today the Detamore-Lovejoy-Fordham women had a little photo shoot. Actually, the photo above is from yesterday, and aren't the girls cute in their matching jackets?

John took our other pix.
Portrait and landscape . . .
And today, while Miss LB had her nap, John took me and my mom to La Tarasca, an authentic Mexican restaurant owned by the family of John's friends.
Instead of corn chips to start us off, we had spicy pickled carrots. So yummy!
I had the enchiladas. More yumminess.
And Mom had the carnitas. Probably very yummy for those meat eaters.
My mom also spent a good portion of today sewing a little gardening apron for LB. Sorry for the sideways picture, but it is very cute.
LB selected the buttons and their positions on the pockets.
The little checkered cloth is for the wiping off of dirty hands.
Now if only we could get LB to put it on!
