Midweek Update

Actually, there are no updates, just our regular week of work, play, dinner, sleep. Miss LB had a bit of a cold today but seemed to be on the mend this evening. At least I hope she's on the mend. I have a lot of work I need to get done tomorrow and that means she needs to go to daycare.

Lilybeth has been saying all sorts of things lately, and this evening when G was heading home she said, "Love you!" So cute! The other thing she likes to say lately is "It's broke." According to LB, many things are broken (even when they aren't). This morning, we were outside coloring with her chalk, and she'd make a few little scribbles with a piece and then hand it to me. "It's broke." Next piece, scribble, scribble, "It's broke." Another. Scribble. "It's broke." Apparently, none of her chalk was working properly today, so we eventually gave up and headed inside.

And it's back to work now for me. Another evening. Another job application to edit.
