The Lovejoy-Fordham Alliance has been enjoying its first full summer in the Pacific Northwest. Tom and I have both been enjoying a shortened work week (M-Th), and there has been plenty of sunny weather to inspire us to get outside. Today we headed to the Salt Creek Recreation Area, where we poked around in the tide pools . . .
and explored a couple of trails.
Tom and I weren't quite sure what this was, but it looked like a WWII bunker:
And back at home . . . what better way to enjoy some good weather than with a big, post-nap bowl of chocolate ice cream?
