LB had an extra day of daycare this week because I wanted to do a bit of work and hold some extra office hours. Luckily, today was a great day to go to daycare because it was Halloween Party Day! All the kiddies dressed up, and here's my LB as the sweetest little bag o' bones. Today's festivities included a pizza party lunch, crafts, and a costume parade where the kids marched around gathering up a bag of treats.
Fortunately, Pam didn't let the kids have too many treats, and so I didn't encounter a mob of mini zombies in a sugar-induced trance when I arrived to retrieve LB. LB did get her own little share of sweets; Pam said she had a little piece of a tootsie roll, which she drooled all over and absolutely loved. When she arrived home, I let her have two junior mints from her bag. And here she is watching intently while I hide the rest of the treats in the cupboard.
