Those are three glories of gardening according to the English poet Alfred Austin, and the Lovejoy-Fordham Alliance has been enjoying the pleasures of cultivating our little yard and picking the harvest. Unfortunately, we picked this cucumber too earlier. It was very tart, and the skin was too tough. 

But Lilybeth was very proud of it.
