We ended our weekend with another gorgeous, sunny afternoon. I'm loving this weather at the moment. It reminds me of SoCal, and I start feeling a bit nostalgic for "home" during the evening.But we spent Sunday afternoon making some improvements to our new home, including potting some plants. LB wore her green fairy outfit to bed Saturday night and then wore it all day Sunday (including out to breakfast and for a Home-Depot shopping trip) until finally it was soaked in water and mud and had to be peeled off her body. After a good wash, it will no doubt be ready to go on again.
Until then . . . she's using the Tinkerbell dress as a substitute.
And Monday afternoon, we had some more great sunshine and a package from SoCal filled with pressies for LB.
LB fell in love with these rubber animals.
And I enjoyed my own little treat on the patio.
