Wings!

 

Lilybeth got this cool shirt with attached fairy wings from Nannie Annie for her birthday. It's a great shirt for flying, as she is demonstrating in the photo above. She looks like she's about to take off! She said that when the shirt gets too small, Baby Daisy can have it to practice her flying.

 LB got all dressed up today because we were on a family date to see Planes. As many of you may know, Lilybeth is a big fan of Cars and she liked this new movie quite a bit. I asked her what she thought of the movie, and she said that her favorite character is the Canadian plane, Rochelle, and her favorite part in the movie is when Rochelle gives her old propeller to a friend to help him out. She also said that she liked the part when the planes are looking at their iPads. She found lots of parts to clap at in the movie and overall, we had fun!

 

We had another fine, sunny day in Port A., so in the evening, LB and I headed to the beach, where we spent a happy two hours enjoying the fine weather.
