On Monday and Tuesday, G, LB, and I headed out for a two-day, Southern-California-style getaway. We began at Laguna Beach, which I think is one of the better beaches near LA. It's not so crowded, and the water is gorgeous and the sand, clean.

We stayed the night at a hotel near Huntington Beach (Laguna's too expensive; maybe that's why it's so quiet?) In the evening, LB had a play at park near our hotel.
