This past week, we have been enjoying some pristine weather here on the Olympic Peninsula. On Saturday, LB and I spent about two hours on the beach with friends and on Sunday morning, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast outside. As we've come to learn, when it's sunny in the Pacific Northwest, we've got to take advantage of it!

And breakfast is served! We had three pancake flavors: chocolate chip, chocolate chip & banana, and blueberry. Yum! Yum!
