February 8th

February 8th is Grandpa Mike's birthday (as LB calls my dad). Since he's such a loyal reader of the ol' Lilyblog, I thought I'd write a Saturday blog in honor of his special day.

We had a typical Lovejoy-Fordham Alliance Saturday. We all had a sleep in and then got up for gymnastics class. Here's LB with her coach practicing on the balance beam.

 

Afterwards, we did our usual stops: the farmers' market and afternoon coffee with friends. Here's the young lady, waiting for her pals:

Today, LB and I had a special errand to run, which was to get somebody's bangs cut (see photo above). 

Here she is post-haircut.

 

In the evening, LB wanted to Skype with G. Here she is with Papa, checking to see if G is online. I think her face says, "What do you mean G's not on Skype? You better check again, Papa."

 

But then G came online, and LB was very happy.
