And here I am enjoying my Saturday afternoon with my little girl. She was pretending to be a "tiny baby" (her words, not mine), and so she wanted to cuddle on the couch in her blanket and suck on a pacifier that belongs to one of her dolls. And yes, my hair is looking a bit darker. I got tired of the blond highlights and so decided to try something on the other end of the color spectrum.
And, finally, this morning, LB and I cooked up a patch of pumpkin cookies, a Lovejoy family Thanksgiving tradition. I had a great time cooking with LB this morning. Tom stayed in bed reading until 10:30 and so it was a perfect opportunity for some mother-daughter time.I gave LB a mixing bowl and let her put a few ingredients in it (mostly oats and flour). LB said, "I make cookies for G. My G like cookies." Yes she does.
